GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING

The Legal Notice published on this website identifies the owner as established in Article 10 of the Law on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and contains information on the personal data protection policy.

The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the purchase agreement is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of its order. For this reason, JANDERSKIN, S.L., recommends the full reading of the legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order.

This contract is concluded within the legal framework established for Electronic Commerce by Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, taking into account Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the regulation of retail trade, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on general contracting conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and Law 3/2014, of March 27. The contracting conditions are as follows:


Characteristics of the products. The characteristics of the products offered on this site appear on the screen together to the visual identification of these.

Prices. The prices that appear on the website at the time of placing the order will be applied. The price of the products is detailed next to each of these. VAT is included, this will be disaggregated later into the buying process.

Languages ​​in which the order can be placed. Spanish and English

Steps to place an order. You must select the articles that interest you by informing the number of units and "clicking" on the "add to cart" button to add them to the shopping cart. You can view the content of the shopping cart at any time, where you can see the selected items, their price, taxes and shipping costs. From this same window, before sending the order, you can correct, change or cancel the products selected.


When you have finished choosing products, click on the "proceed to checkout" option. If you are registered as a user you will have to inform your credentials, otherwise, you must provide your email and create an account with your personal data. Once the user’s data has been validated, the delivery address will be confirmed and the shipping method will be chosen.


Subsequently, it will be necessary to accept the Purchase Conditions by marking an acceptance box.


As a last step, you must choose the payment method and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. Once the process is done you will receive a confirmation of the purchase made.

Track the order. Once the order is placed, it will be filed so that it can be accessible through Internet until your delivery has been completed.

Confirmation of Receipt of Order. Every time the company receives an order, a confirmation email is sent within 24 hours of receipt, except in the case that it is received in holidays or weekends, in which case the confirmation email will be sent the working day following the reception day.

Payment methods. JANDERSKIN, S.L. provides diferent payment methods. Each of them with very high security standards to ensure a trustworthy payment. The payment of the product price will be done through Shopify Payments, which include:

  • Payment by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or American Express. The client can chose the payment by credit card so that the operation will be confirmed at the time the purchase is placed.
  • Payment with Shop Pay. The user is aware that payment by this means implies acceptance of the Shop Pay privacy conditions, unrelated to those of this website.
  • Payment with Google Pay: The user is aware that payment by this means implies acceptance of the Google Pay privacy conditions, unrelated to those of this website.
  • Payment with Apple Pay: The user is aware that payment by this means implies acceptance of the Apple Pay privacy conditions, other than those of this website.

Right of withdrawal. In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the client will have the right to withdraw from the contract for a period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate justification, except for legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period will end 14 calendar days from the day the contract is signed. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the client must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You will be able to use the model of withdrawal form that appears below, although its use is not obligatory. Both the email and the postal address to which you can direct your request appears at the end of these conditions of purchase.

To determine the observance of the deadline to withdraw it will be taken into account the date of expedition of the withdraw declaration. JANDERSKIN, S.L. will communicate without delay to the client in a durable medium the acknowledgment of receipt of the said withdrawal, in case of receiving the exercise of this right via email.

JANDERSKIN, S.L. will refund any payment received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs, without delay undue and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw from the client’s contract. JANDERSKIN, S.L. will make the refund using the same means of payment used by the client for the initial transaction, unless the client expresses otherwise and as long as it does not incur any expense as a result of the reimbursement. However, if the customer has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method ordinary, JANDERSKIN, S.L. will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs derived from it.

The customer must return the products to JANDERSKIN, S.L. in perfect condition, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date in which it has informed about its decision to withdraw from the contract to JANDERSKIN, S.L. It will be considered that this term has been fulfilled if the customer returns the products before the period of 14 calendar days has expired. The customer will only bear the direct costs of returning the order. The client will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the products as a consequence of its manipulation in a way diferent to the necessary to stablish its nature, characteristics or functioning.

Withdrawal form. JANDERSKIN, S.L. provides this form to customers who, having bought any product on this website, want to withdraw from the purchase agreement. However, and in order to facilitate the right to Withdrawal, all the fields of this form must be completed by the client.

Applicable warranties. All products offered through the website are completely original, unless it is indicated otherwise in the description. All of them have a warranty period of two years, according to the criteria and conditions described in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, by which it is approved the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws.

Online dispute resolution. In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Comission provides a free access platform for online conflict resolution between the consumer and JANDERSKIN, S.L., without need of resorting to the Courts of Justice, through the intervention of a third party, called the resolution body of litigation, wich acts as an intermediary between the two. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to achieve an agreement, being able to finally suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict. Applicable law and jurisdiction. These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in what is not expressly established. The parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the consumer any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services object of these Terms. In the event that the consumer is domiciled outside of Spain, the Parties expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals closest to the population of BARCELONA (Spain).
