How can I cancel my subscription?

If you are not happy with our products for any reason, you can process a
subscription cancellation by accessing "log in" and clicking "manage subscription".

How does your bi-monthly subscription work?

Our bi-monthly subscription is structured so that you’ll receive our products every two months. Your wise routine will arrive automatically. You’ll also get a 20% discount of­­f your products!

What are the subscription terms of your 1-month free trial?

The free trial is offered at the cost of the shipping and the price of the products is completely free. With the free trial purchase, you are automatically enrolled into a bi monthly subscription, which renews after the 30-day trial period.

If the subscription renewal is not cancelled, a renewal order will automatically be created 30 days after your free trial order date. Your default payment method will automatically be charged when this renewal order is created. You will be charged every two months and your renewal order will contain a 2-month supply set of products.

Can I make changes to my subscription?

Of course, you can make any changes you want. You can update your order date, addresses, and payment information. Please note, any changes to your subscription must be done at least seven days before your next recurring order date.

No, there is no fee for subscription. You will only be charged once you process your order, with the value of the product you purchase.

Why do you offer free trial?

We want to make sure our products work on your skin before having to pay full price. The free trial gives you the chance to take your time to test our
products.

How many free trials can I try?

We only offer 1 free trial per customer. Please note, that purchasing more than 1 free trial order is a violation of our free trial policy. Customers that do so, will be charged in full price for their
