IP Addresses
The website servers can detect automatically the IP address and the domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number assigned automatically to a computer when connected to the Internet. All of this information is recorded in a duly registered system log on the server that allows the subsequent processing of the data in order to obtain only statistical measurements that show us the number of page hits, the number of visits made to the web servers, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

4. VERIFICATION AND AUTHENTICITY OF REVIEWS
In compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/2161 (Omnibus Directive) and the current amendments to general consumer protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that all customer opinions and reviews published on this website originate from real consumers who have actually purchased or used the product beforehand.

To ensure this, the website’s technical system automates the following control mechanisms:
1. Exclusive linking to confirmed orders: The review submission process is triggered solely via a direct invitation sent by email to the user following the physical confirmation of delivery of their order. The technical publication of reviews by anonymous users or visitors who do not have an associated purchase history on our platform is not permitted.
2. Prohibition of bias or manipulation: The DATA CONTROLLER transparently publishes both positive and negative opinions, provided they do not contain abusive or discriminatory language, or violate the terms of use. No payments, gifts, or financial compensation are provided to customers in exchange for emitting favorable reviews

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For the resolution of any disputes or matters relating to this website or to the activities carried out through it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit. The Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or in connection with its use. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with the applicable European Union legislation on the protection of consumers and users in cross-border transactions, where the user acts in the capacity of a consumer and resides in another country within the European Economic Area, any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals having jurisdiction at the consumer’s place of residence. Likewise, the parties may refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution bodies for consumer matters that are duly accredited in the relevant Member State.
